1 lb. ground turkey
1 (28-ounce) can diced or crushed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1/2-1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 cups water
2 cups cooked brown rice (optional)
1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook rice according to package instructions. In large 2 quart covered pot, brown ground meat, drain & return to pot.
2. Add all remaining ingredients, heat through and serve it up!
3. Serve it over cooked brown rice and top with avocado slices if desired.
