1 Tbsp salt
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
4 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
12 oz cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1½ cups evaporated milk (this is 1 can)

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a 3-quart saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Add salt and elbow macaroni and cook uncovered for 8-9 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Put macaroni in a 2-quart casserole dish and add melted butter, 8oz of grated cheese, eggs, and milk. Mix lightly. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and dust with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
