Ingredients:
Ingredients:
½ cup butter
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup Lousiana Hot sauce (it HAS to be that brand)
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp water
1½ tsp of cornstarch
12 frozen chicken wings

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Melt together in a sauce pan: butter, maple syrup, and hot sauce. Once the butter is melted, add brown sugar. Meanwhile, in a small cup combine water and cornstarch. Mix well, and add to mixture when it comes to a simmer. Simmer for another 5 min on medium low heat, stirring occasionally. Completely cover a big cookie sheet in tin foil. Add the chicken wings, making sure they are
not touching each other. Cover the wings in half of the sauce (I suggest maybe a third, so that you have some left at the end to drizzle over the wings) by taking a Tbsp measurement and pouring one Tbsp on each chicken wing, making sure each wing is completely covered in sauce. Bake for an hour, flipping them after 30 min. and covering them in the rest of the sauce before putting them in for the other 30 min. (this varies depending on what kind of chicken you do with the sauce or how many wings you're making, so watch them!! When I'm just doing chicken strips, I only do like 13-15 min. on each side). Let cool for 10 min before eating. Enjoy!
