1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground veal
2 eggs (beaten)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup Romano cheese (grated)
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
6 Tbsps. white bread (pulled apart into small pieces and tossed with 4 Tbsps. water)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Olive oil to use on large griddle/frying pan
Pasta and sauce optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, and ground veal.

2. Add eggs, garlic, Romano cheese, parsley, white bread mixture, salt, and pepper.

3. Mix well.

4. Add breadcrumbs.

5. Mix again and form into desired-sized meatballs.

6. Heat large griddle/frying pan with olive oil, and cook meatballs in a single layer until done.

7. Drain in a paper towel-lined plate.

8. Serve on top of favorite pasta and sauce with Romano or Parmesan cheese on top.

9. Mangia!
