5 cups quick cooking oats
5 cups packed brown sugar
5 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup cold butter
Any fruit pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together except butter. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to one year. Use 1 cup of topping mix with 1/4 cup cold butter. Cut butter into topping mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over any fruit pie filling in an 8 inch dish.

Cook at 350º for 30 - 40 minutes.

Serve with ice cream or Rediwip.
