1/3 cup beef bouillon granules
1/4 cup onion powder
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp celery seed

Combine all ingredients.
Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to one year. Use 5 Tbl. for any recipe that calls fore one onion soup mix package in the recipe.
