2 C. rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 egg
2 C flour
1 C sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
brown sugar and nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together rhubarb and 1/2 cup sugar. Put in greased 9X13 pan. Beat together sugar, margarine and egg. Add remaining ingredients. Pour on top of rhubarb mixture. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top. Bake 350º for 30-35 minutes.
