Steak
Juice of 1 fresh lime
Grated lime peel from lime
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup oil
2 tsps. mustard
Fresh garlic (to taste)

1. For marinade, Mix all ingredients above together (except steak).

2. Score steak and pour marinade over.

3. Marinate for several hours (even overnight) and grill to desired meat temperature.
