4 oz. spaghetti
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup grated Parmesan/Romano cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup cream-style cottage cheese
1 beaten egg
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup red pepper
3/4 cup spaghetti sauce with garlic and spices (26 oz.)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
9" x 9" pie plate

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. For spaghetti pie crust, cook spaghetti according to package directions and then drain.

3. Combine egg, Parmesan/Romano cheese, and butter.

4. Stir in hot spaghetti.

5. Press mixture evenly into bottom and up sides of a 9" x 9" pie plate.

6. Drain cottage cheese and combine with egg.

7. Spread mixture over crust and set aside.

8. In large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and red pepper until ground beef is brown.

9. Drain fat, stir in spaghetti sauce, and spoon over cottage cheese mixture.

10. Bake at 350º for 20 min.

11. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

12. Place back in oven and bake 5 min. more until cheese melts and crust sets.

13. Let stand 5 mins.

14. Cut into wedges and serve.
