1 lb ground beef or turkey
3 tbsp finely chopped onion
1/3 cup quick oats
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef or turkey, onion, oats, milk, salt and pepper together, shape into 1 1/4 inch balls. Brown in pan with oil. Set the meatballs in a casserole dish. Mix cream of mushroom soup and water together. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with Swiss Rice
