Onions
Hormel Chili (no beans)

Directions:
Mix Cheese and chopped onions in bowl. Fry tortillas in oil about 10 seconds on each side. Put on plate and add 2 T. or so of cheese mixture. Roll up and put on aluminum foiled or silpat covered cookie sheet. Add a little water to chili mix and pour over. Make sure all the tortillas are covered or they get really hard. Put in 350º oven for 15-20 minutes.

You can add chicken or beef to these but everyone prefers them without. We usually have fajitas with them. And beans and rice.
