2 poivrons verts, grossièrement hachés
3 gousses d' ail, émincé
2 tasses de riz blanc à grain long cuit
1 pot (650 ml) de sauce pour pâtes Classico di Napoli Tomate et basilic
1 tasse de fromage râpé Italiano 4 fromages Cracker Barrel, divisé

Préchauffer le four à 350 °F.
Faire rissoler la viande avec le poivron et l'ail dans une grande poêle; égoutter. Incorporer le riz, la sauce pour pâtes et 3/4 de tasse du fromage.
Déposer ce mélange dans un plat de 2 L; garnir du reste du fromage.
Cuire au four pendant 25 min ou jusqu'à ce que le tout soit bien chaud.
