Directions:
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in 3 tablespoons of warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add next 5 ingredients and 2 cups of flour. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Stir in rest of flour gradually, to form a lovely, soft dough. Turn onto floured surface and knead until smooth. Shape into ball and place in a large, buttered, warm bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Punch down and divide into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a 12' circle and brush with melted butter and cut into 12 wedges. Roll up from wide end. Place point down on foil-lined, greased pan. Repeat with remaining dough. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Watch carefully, they burn easily. Remove to rack to cool and brush with melted butter.
