2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise (you can substitute sour cream) I like to use 1/2 - 1/2
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
8-10 slices of thick bacon - cooked crisp
3 large Jalapeño peppers, seeded & diced

Tortilla chips or Ritz crackers

Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix cream cheese & mayo/sour cream in a large bowl. Fold in the cheeses, 4 slices of the bacon (crumbled), & diced Jalapeños. Put into a pie plate & bake for 20-30 minutes. The dip should be melted & bubbly. Remove from oven & crumble the rest of the bacon over the top. Serve warm with tortilla chips or Ritz crackers.

I know some of you don't like Jalapeños, but (in Texas) you are in a minority.This is a great party dip! You will have no leftovers.
