Ingredients:  
3 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) bottle of beer
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray loaf pan; combine flour, sugar, and beer. Do not overmix batter; it will be lumpy. Spoon into pan. Pour butter over top. Bake 45 minutes at 375F. until golden brown. (Place cookie sheet under pan so butter doesn't drip onto oven floor.)
