1 MEDIUM JAR OF SPAGHETTI SAUCE
1 8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
1/4 CUP SOUR CREAM
1 CUP OF COTTAGE OR RICOTTA CHEESE
1 STICK OF BUTTER
1 16 OZ BOX OF ROTINI PASTA
1 12 OZ PKG. SHREDDED CHEESE
1 CUP ONION(DICED)
1 GREEN BELL PEPPER(DICED)
1/4 CUP OF SLICED MUSHROOMS
3 TBSP. OF SUGAR

PRE~HEAT OVEN 350*
COOK PASTA BY BOX DIRECTIONS,COOK GROUND BEEF DRAIN GREASE
ADD ONION,BELL PEPPER & MUSHROOMS
ADD SPAGHETTI SAUCE HEAT THROUGH MIX TOGETHER THE CREAM CHEESE,RICOTTI & SOUR CREAM
SPRAY 9X13 DISH, SLICE THE BUTTER INTO THE COOKED & DRAINED PASTA. THEN POUR 1/2 OF THE PASTA INTO DISH,NEXT LAYER, POUR THE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE OVER THE PASTA, TOP WITH REST OF PASTA THEN POUR MEAT SAUCE ON TOP. COVER W/FOIL. BAKE 30 MINS. REMOVE FOIL & TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE,LET REST IN OVEN FOR A 5 MINS.
