1 frying chicken cut into pieces (about 2 1/2 lbs)
1/2 c flour
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 pkg (1 1/2 oz) spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 c dry white wine
3 large tomatoes quartered
1/4 lb mushrooms halved

Directions:

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Pour the flour and oil on separate plates. Roll chicken pieces in flour and then dip in oil and arrange skin side up in a baking dish. Cover with waxed paper and place in microwave oven. Cook on medium heat for 15 min. Combine the sauce mix, wine and tomatoes and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on medium heat for 13 to 16 min or until chicken pieces are tender. Sprinkle on mushrooms over chicken and cook on medium heat for about 3 to 4 min. Let stand covered for 10 min.
