1 lb ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c grated mild cheese
1 egg beaten
1/4 tsp tabasco or barbecue sauce
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Cook beef until no longer pink. Do not brown. Stir with fork to break up as it cooks. Cool. Mix in cheese, egg, tabasco, salt and parsley. Prepare biscuit dough:
2 c bisquick
1/4 c mayonnaise
2/3 c milk
Spread half the dough in a well-greased 8 X 8 X 2" pan. Lay over with meat mixture. Spread rest of dough over mixture. Brush with beaten egg yolk to give a crusty glaze. Bake 20 to 30 min. Cut into squares and serve either hot or cold.
