• 1 ¼ cup sugar
• 1/3 cup flour
• ½ tsp. salt
• Grated rind of 1 lemon & 1 orange

2 Eggs
2 cups sliced rhubarb
2 peeled and sliced apples
Directions:
Directions:
Beat 2 eggs and mix into dry ingredients
Add 2 cups sliced rhubarb and 3 peeled and sliced apples
Bake at 435F for 15 min, then 350F for 35 min.
