1 16 oz. loaf French bread, cut into 1/2" slices
8 eggs
3 C. half and half
3/4 C. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
maple syrup
PECAN STRUSSEL;
1 C. butter
3/4 C. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Put bread slices in a 9x13" dish. Combine egg, half-half, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Whisk until blended and pour mixture over bread. Chill 8 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine strussel mixture and sprinkle over bread. Bake for 45 minutes or untiil puffed and golden.
