• 2/3 cup brown sugar
• ½ cup quick oats
• ¼ tsp. salt
• ½ cup oats
Filling
• 7 Large under ripe pears (Approximate. 3 ½ pounds)
• 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 tbsp. flour
• ½ tsp. cinnamon
• ¼ tsp. ginger

1. Greased square pan
2. Bake at 350 F degrees for 1 hour or until topping is golden and juicy filling.
