7 Large under ripe pears (Approximate. 3 pounds)
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
tsp. cinnamon
tsp. ginger

2. Bake at 350 F degrees for 1 hour or until topping is golden and juicy filling.
