• 4 egg separated
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix and bring gently to a boil. (excluding egg whites)
2. Remove from heat
• 4 egg whites beaten stiff
3. Fold in egg whites
4. Pour into baked shell or Graham crust
5. Bake in oven at 425 F for 5 min
