Ingredients:  
Cream sugar
• 1-cup butter
• 1-cup sugar
Add
• 4 eggs, one at a time
• Then skin of 2 lemons

Add with spoon and mix together
• 1 cup flour
• 1 Tbsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bake in greased square pan at 350F for 60 – 65 min.
Cool off in tray.
Make holes with toothpick and pour lemon juice on top.

Icing

100 ml lemon juice
100gr icing sugar

Cake is better on second or third day.
