Ingredients:  
1 Onion chopped (one small to medium)
2-3 Cloves of Garlic chopped
1-2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Oregano
¾ tsp Basil
¾ tsp Salt & Pepper
½ tsp at least Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Fennel Seed
1 tsp. Rosemary
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning Blend
½-1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
½ cup Red Wine (optional) I use Chianti
2 cans Crushed Tomatoes
1 can Tomato Paste (small)
1 can Tomato Puree
1 can Tomato Sauce – if needed

Directions:
Directions:
*Heat Sauce to Boiling – Then Simmer Uncovered
*About 1-2 Hours

Add ½ pound Mushrooms (sliced) to the Sauce during the last 10 minutes or so and
2-Center Cut Loins Pork Chops, browned in frying pan in butter.
Add to Sauce for Additional Great Flavor!
