• 8-cup warm (body temp) liquid (Can be water, water and milk, vegetable water etc.)
• 4 tbsp. oil
• 4 tbsp. powdered yeast
• 4 cups flour
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Salt
• 3 eggs
• 16 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Using dough hook - Add 4 cups flour, yeast– combine
2. Mix oil and liquid together
3. Let stand for 15 min.
4. Turn mixer on and add sugar, salt and eggs
5. Add a cup at a time of flour until it looks good – sticky but not sticking
6. Knead in mixer for about 5 min.
7. Divide into portions and let rise – about ½ hour (About double in size)
8. Put in 375 F oven for 20 min or so.

You can add multigrain in with 4 cups of flour
You can add cinnamon and sugar and make a cinnamon roll.
