• 2 tablespoon yeast (mixed in warm water)
• 2/3 cup of brown sugar
• 3 tbsp. molasses
• 2 tbsp. salt
• 2 tbsp. cracked wheat
• 1/3 cup wheat germ
• 4 beaten eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 6 cups of luke warm water
• 6 – 7 cups of whole wheat flour
• Enough cups of white flour (approximate. 6 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast with 3 cups of whole-wheat flour. Place cracked wheat in a large bowl; add oil sugar, salt, molasses and water. Add flour and yeast, add more flour to make thicker. Beat eggs well, and then mix into flour mix. Add wheat germ and remaining flour gradually to make stiff but elastic dough. Knead well, raise 20 min, beat down, rise 20 min and put into pans, rise 1 hour and cook for 20mins at 375 degrees. Makes 5 – 6 dozen buns
