• 3 cups Fresh or thawed Rhubarb – chopped
• 540 ml crushed pineapple, drained
• 5 cups of sugar
• 2 pouches of liquid pectin – 3 oz. or 85 ml each

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan, heat and stir on low until sugar is dissolved. Bring to boil. Boil uncovered for 30 min, stirring occasionally and skimming of the foam.
