Pumpkin Seeds from one pumpkin (rinsed)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pumpkin seeds for 10 minutes in salt water. Pat dry with paper towel. Mix other ingredients in bowl. Mix in pumpkin seeds and coat with mixture. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil (makes it much easier to clean). Spread pumpkin seeds evenly on baking sheet. Be sure to spread them as thinly as possible so there is only one layer.

Bake at 300 degrees for 35-45 minutes (or more) until they reach your desired crispiness.
