1-cup butter
3 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
½ tsp. salt
½ cup cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate over low heat
Stir in sugar, dissolve well – it will become thick and dry
Stir in milk slowly
