Good for (Fish, Poultry and Pork)
• ½ cup packed brown sugar
• 1/3 cup red wine
• 1/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
• ¼ cup finely chopped green pepper
• 1 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 minced garlic clove
• ½ tsp. freshly grated ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, heat and stir on medium until boiling – makes 1 cup.
For a sauce double recipe and reduce over heat.
