• 1 cup red wine
• 2 tbsp. grainy mustard
• 2 tbsp. B-B-Q sauce
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 4 crushed garlic cloves
• 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
