Ingredients:  
• 3 cups spiral pasta
• 6 cups boiling salted water
• ½ medium red onion, sliced
• 2 crushed garlic cloves
• 1 small red chili pepper, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 2 cups cherry tomatoes
• ¼ cup olives
• ¼ cup fresh chopped basil
• 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
• ¼ cup toasted pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as per cooking instructions, stirring occasionally until tender but firm. Drain well and turn into a large bowl.
2. Sauté next 3 ingredients in olive oil in large frying pan on medium for 1 min, add tomatoes, heat stirring occasionally for 4 min, or until tomatoes are just starting to soften.
3. Stir in remaining 4 ingredients.
4. Add to pasta, tossing to coat.
