• ½ cup Italian salad dressing
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 tbsp. sugar, packed
• 1 ½ lb. (680gr) sirloin steak thinly sliced
• 14 x 8 inch bamboo skewers

Peanut Sauce
• ½ cup Peanut Butter
• ¼ cup B-B-Q sauce
• 150ml water
• 1 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• ½ tsp. hot pepper sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a reusable plastic bag. Add beef and coat. Marinate in fridge for 4 hours.
2. Preheat grill to high.
3. Thread 3-4 slices of beef, accordion style, onto each skewer. Cook kabobs for about 3 minutes on each side until desired doneness

Peanut Sauce
1. Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Heat on low for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until smooth and warm. Do not overheat.
