Ingredients:  
• 4 lbs. spare ribs (Cut in 1 ½ inch strips
• ¾ cup corn starch
• ¼ cup molasses
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• ½ cup vinegar
• ¾ cup water
• ¾ cup pineapple juice
• 1 ½ pineapple chunks (Save Juice)
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 2 green peppers (Cut into chunks)
• 2 medium onions (Cut into chunks)

1. Brown ribs in greased Dutch oven
2. While ribs are browning, combine cornstarch, molasses & soy sauce to make a paste.
3. Spread paste on both sides of ribs and brown in hot oil.
4. Combine sugar, vinegar, water, and pineapple juice and heat until sugar dissolves.
5. Pour over ribs.
6. Return the oven to heart and cook at 350 degrees for 25 – 30 min
7. Meat will begin to pull away from bones when done.
8. Add pineapple chunks, green peppers & onion.
9. Recover and simmer for 5 min more.
10. Serve with rice or buttered noodles.
