7 eggs
1 heaping c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. liquid (water or juice)
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Beat egg whites until fluffy; add cream of tartar. Set aside. Beat egg yolks until lemon colored; add liquid and beat. Add sugar, a little at a time, and beat; add flour, a little at a time, and beat. Fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Put into an angel food cake pan. Bake at 375º for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with strawberries and whipped cream.
