1 T salt
2 c elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1/2 stick of butter, melted
12 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni as directed on the pkg. with the salt. Spread macaroni in 2 quart casserole dish. Add melted butter and 8 oz of cheese, eggs, and milk. Mix lightly. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake at 375F for 35 minutes. Serve.
