2 sticks butter
2 cups chopped nuts
1 cup flour
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 cup Cool Whip (use remainder for topping)
2 pkg instant pudding (any flavor)
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter and add flour and chopped nuts.
Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 350ºF for 20 mins.
Cool completely.
2. Mix together 1 cup confectioners sugar and 8 oz. cream cheese. Add 1 cup Cool Whip.
Place on cooled crust by small spoonfuls.
Spread carefully over crust (nuts will lift up)
3. Mix 2 pkgs instant pudding with 3 cups milk. Spread over cheese layer.
4. Top with remainder of the Cool Whip.
5. Refrigerate overnight.
