4 cups oats (quick or regular)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white Karo syrup
1 cup butter, melted
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oats, sugar, syrup and butter. Press into greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool. Melt chocolate chips and mix with peanut butter. Spread onto top of oat mixture and let set for several hours.
