1 box angel food cake mix
1 box cake mix, any flavor
Single serving:
3 tbsp. cake mixture
2 tbsp. water

In a large ZiplocŪ bag, mix one box angel food cake and one box any other cake mix flavor that you like.
To prepare, mix 3 tbsp. of the mix in a mug, 2 tbsp. water and microwave for 1 minute.
It makes a rather small portion, so you can double the mix (6 tbsp.) and double the water (4 tbsp.), but do NOT double the time in the microwave.

This is a great single serving on a boat, and you can add a dollop of canned icing, or whipped cream for that extra sweetness.
