PUNCH:
1½ c. syrup
½ gal. chocolate ice cream
½ gal. vanilla ice cream
½ gal. milk

SYRUP:
2 oz. jar instant coffee (12 tbsp.)
4 c. sugar
4 c. boiling water

Directions:

PUNCH:
Soften ice cream, mix with syrup and milk. Any leftovers may be frozen.

SYRUP:
Combine all ingredients. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
This makes enough syrup for 3-4 recipes of punch.

This was for a church function, but I can see all sorts of liqueur additives and even using a blender to make some knock-out refreshing summer drinks.
