cup flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
tsp. salt
cup cold butter
Filling
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 x 8 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain & reserve pineapple juice.
2. Beat next 3 ingredients
3. Add egg and juice till just combined
4. Add milk and vanilla gradually
5. Sprinkle pineapple over crust
6. Pour filling over top
7. Sprinkle with cinnamon
8. Bake in 325F for 1 hour Cool and store in fridge.
