Ingredients:  
• 1 packet (14oz) bakers angel flake coconut (5 1/3 cups)
• 2/3 cups sugar
• 6 Tbsp. flour
• ¼ teaspoon. salt
• 4 egg whites
• 1 tablespoon. almond extract
• 1 package semi sweet baking chocolate (8 squares) melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in large bowl.
2. Add egg whites and almond extract, mix well.
3. Drop by tablespoons onto a greased and floured baking sheet.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min or until edges of cookies are golden brown.
5. Immediately remove from baking sheets and cool completely
6. Dip cookies halfway into melted chocolate.
7. Let stand at room temperature or refrigerate on wax papered tray until chocolate is firm.
8. Store at room temp for up to a week.
