1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 1/2 cups of sour cream
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 pkg (1.7 oz) dry vegetable soup mix
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, finely chopped
3 green onions, minced
2 Tbsp pimentos, chopped

Squeeze thawed spinach until well drained; mix well remaining ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with chunks of French Bread or vegetables for dipping.
