2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
5 eggs
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. almond extract
1 c. angel flake coconut

Glaze:
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and shortening. Add eggs beating after each addition. Add flour and salt. Add milk, vanilla, and almond. Mix in coconut. Bake at 350º in (angel food cake pan) tube or bundt pan.
For glaze: Boil together sugar and water. Add vanilla and almond extract. Pour over cake while warm and sprinkle with little candies.
