1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits
3 tart apples, diced
1 carton (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat until temperature reaches 160º F and mixture thickens, about 4 minutes. Cool completely. Cook spaghetti, drain and rinse in cold water. Place in large bowl. Drain pineapple. Pour juice over spaghetti, stir in apples and toss gently, drain. Stir in the egg mixture and pineapple. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Fold in Cool Whip just before serving. Serves 12-14
