4 -6oz bone in pork chops
1tsp. kosher salt
3/4 tsp. ground pepper -divided
1tbsp. olive oil
1 cup tomato juice
2 tsps. corn starch
1/3 cup chicken stock
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 green onions sliced


Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper on chops. Heat oil in a skillet over med-high heat. Add pork; cook 5 mins on each side. Remove from pan.

Combine tomato juice, stock, garlic powder, cornstarch and onions -pour in pan . Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 3 mins. Remove pan from heat. Stir in 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 tbsp. butter.

Add pork chops back to pan and simmer until cooked.

Plate Pork chops and spoon gravy over top, serve with you choice of vegetable and side dish.
