1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup packed brown sugar
5 1/3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Maple Butter Sauce
3/4 cup real maple syrup
8 tbsp. butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Add baking powder, soda and salt to the flour. add chopped nuts and mix well.
Add the brown sugar to the melted butter and mix well, mix in egg and vanilla extract.
Stir in flour mixture, a little at a time. Stir in white chocolate chips.
Spread the batter in a 9 X 9 nonstick pan, bake 20-25 mins.

Maple Butter Sauce:
Cook maple syrup and butter over low heat until butter is melted, stir in brown sugar until completely dissolved. Add the walnuts

Serve brownies warm with Ice cream and maple butter sauce.
