2 (8oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 lb. white crab meat
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ lemon, juiced
6-8 green onions (tops and bottoms), chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco® sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat crab and lemon juice in double boiler, work in the cream cheese. Add Worcestershire sauce and onions. Place in refrigerator. Making it ahead improves the flavor. When ready to serve, thin to desired consistency with milk or cream. Add a sprinkle of Tabasco to taste. Serve with toast rounds, crackers, pita chips or fresh raw vegetables (celery, mushroom, carrots, etc.)
