1 Duncan Hines Yellow Cake mix
(Bake according to directions on box).

Icing: 1 stick margarine melted
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2-3/4 evaporated milk
1-1 1/2 lbs. brown sugar

Directions:
Cook cake as directed on package in 4- 8-1/2" pans. When done, lay on waxed paper until cooled. Cut in half to make 8 layers (optional).

Add cocoa to melted margarine until smooth. Mix in evaporated milk. Add brown sugar.

Cook on low-medium heat until bubbly. Stir constantly. Cook until almost boiling until all sugar is dissolved.

Pour by spoonful onto cake.
