16 oz. Plain Yogurt
1 Small Box Sugar Free Jell-O ( Your Choice of Flavor)
1 Tbsp. Graham Cracker Crumbs ( for each serving)

Note:
I use sugar free Cheesecake Flavor Jell-O But you can use any flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jell-O , a little at a time, in yogurt
Let sit overnight to blend flavors.
When ready to eat, put 1 tsp graham cracker crumbs in a bowl & add 1/2 C. yogurt
